Home Again!

Well, we are back from our trip and right back in to the swing of things. MBM is back in the office and I am in my studio preparing for a "gig" tonight.

We had a great time and it was so nice to be in the warm sun for a few days. I didn't take many pictures. We were with a group of 40 from MBM's company and there were a lot of cameras...I felt like I didn't need to add to the craziness.

I did take this picture from my lounge chair on the island.

The highlight of the trip was a day in Key West. MBM and I rented beach cruisers and spent the day cruising around. We covered just about every inch of the island. I took a bizillion pictures of houses...to file away for when it is time for the wrecking ball for our beach house.

And our favorite part was visiting Ernet Hemingway's home.

Okay, back to work!

Paradise! You must have had a blast on the beach cruisers, that's just the sort of thing I would beg D. to spend a day doing.

Have a great time at the gig tonight! :)

There's certainly something to be said for just enjoying the experience and not worrying about whether you're getting the right picture.

Sounds like a great trip!

Welcome back! My husband and I LOVE Key West. We stayed at a cute B&B off of Duval Street called La Pensione. I remember the huge cruise ships coming in to town.

My husband and I went to Key West a few years ago. We had so much fun! The Hemingway house was so interesting! We also had fun going downtown to celebrate the sunset.

I can't wait to go back.
