Another freezing cold day here in the Northeast! The C and E are working on a school project...penguins! It is an annual school wide event to celebrate Children's Art Month. Each child in the school is given an oak tag outline of a penguin to bring to life using the medium of their choice. During the month of March the hallways of the school will be decorated with all the completed penguins, close to 1000!
So, today as I worked in my studio so did the girls. A penguin paradise...they are still working on the identity of their penguins. Here are some of the ideas we came up with today...Patrick McPengiun...Patchwork Penguin...Preppy Penguin...Pageant Penguin...can't wait to see the final penguins!
